1. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspicious activity.

2. Product Information

• All freeze-dried snacks are 100% real fruit/ingredients, preservative-free, no added sugar, 
• Actual product colour and crunch may vary slightly due to natural fruit differences.
• Nutritional information is accurate at the time of printing.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Nutri Freeze is not liable for any allergy or health issue arising from product use. Please check ingredients before consumption.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or natural disasters.

4. Intellectual Property

• All logos, images, and product designs belong to Nutri Freeze Limited. You may not copy or use them without permission.

5. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Noakhali or Dhaka.
