Shipping policy

We deliver across all of Bangladesh using trusted local courier partners.

• Dhaka & Chittagong: 2–3 business days
• Other cities & districts: 2–5 business days
• Remote areas (hilly/island): up to 7 business days

Shipping Charges:

• Orders below Tk 1,000: Tk 150 flat fee
• Orders Tk 1,000 and above: FREE Shipping

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email as soon as your order is handed over to the courier. Track directly from your Shopify account.

Important Notes:

• All freeze-dried snacks are packed in moisture-proof, food-grade pouches and shipped in secure boxes.
• We ship only on business days (Saturday–Thursday). Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
• During peak seasons (Eid, Puja) delivery may take 1–2 extra days.
