Nutri Freeze Return & Refund Policy Last updated: April 2026

At Nutri Freeze Limited, we want you to be 100% happy with your healthy freeze-dried snacks. Because our products are food items, we follow strict hygiene and safety rules under Bangladesh Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.

Eligible for Return (within 7 days of delivery):

  • Unopened and sealed pouches only
  • Original packaging intact
  • Product must be in the same condition as received

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or partially used pouches (food safety reasons)
  • Products past the “Best Before” date
  • Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days at info@nutrifreezefoods.com 
  2. We will guide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to: Nutri Freeze Limited, Chowmuhani, Noakhali (you pay the return shipping cost).

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the unopened product, we will process a full refund to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or card) within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item? If your pouch arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong product, please send photos within 48 hours. We will replace it free of cost (including shipping) or give a full refund.
